This week  for reading me and my class had to make an animation

and it couldn't be any animation it had to be about kindness. Also it had to be a stop motion animation. What I did was wrote on a paper kindness and made it a stop motion animation.

This week for maths we are doing tessellation and we had to create the definition of tessellation and here is my one it is not to long just three slides. Also in the second slide I created my own tessellation and it was very fun if you would also like to do it here is the app I did it on I recommend it it is cool and fun. My responsible poster

This week we were going to make a responsible poster. We could do it about anything that is responsible.I did it about holding your Chromebook witch is very impotent. Here is the poster that I made by the way I made it on google drawings.

I basely took a screenshot of a Chromebook and took a photo of me holding my Chromebook with two hands and holding it with one hand and put a tick on the right one and cross one the wrong one. Comment if you like my poster.

Term four begins

we are in term four know. This year has gone so fast and has been so fun. In this blog post i will be telling you what i did in the holidays.

          My holiday recount 

On my holidays it was lock down so there was not much to do. During my holidays it was level three so we could have family gatherings but with a limit of ten people. So that meant I could go and my cousins could come to my house so we did. We went to the park and played there. We did not have much to do but we played a lot of board games. Such as ludo and chess and my favourite monopoly and of course I did not win well I did win one round. By the way, I never win. Also in the holidays it was one of my cousins birthday so we went to there house and that is it for my holidays I kind of had fun but I was mostly bored and disappointed because me and my cousins were planning to go somewhere fun but we couldn't because of lock down and that was my two week holidays and I can't wait for the six week holidays.

Chinese language week

This week is Chinese language week and ni hao means hello in Chinese. Sense it is Chinese language week me and my school are doing some tasks about Chinese language week. Today's task was to draw our Chinese zodiac my Chinese zodiac is a rabbit and here is my rabbit. it will be at the bottom of the blog post. As you know that the prime minster Jacinda Arden has announced that Auckland will still be in level 4 an she will decided next week if we move to level 3 finger crossed we do. Anyways tomorrow is our day of from our devices. So Instead we have creative tasks. Here are some of the creative tasks. Watch a movie with people in your bubble. This is week seven we only have three more weeks till term three is over. Anyways today for maths we did Fraction and for writing we could write about when our toys come to life  and for reading we had to do it about Tongan language week we try to say some words and learn about Tonga like the food, the flag history and lots more and that is it .

today is not a normal day because it is my birthday. It is not that fun to have your birthday during lock down but it is OK. Have you had a birthday during lock down? write in the comments how was It I'll tell you something it is not fun. but at least I got to spend it with my family. Anyways today for maths we had a little bit of a change we not only did statistics but we did lots of cool things. Like multiplication, division, measurement, geometry, fractions and a word problem. That is what we did for maths bye have a good day.

why I like lock down and why I don't like it

It is still lock down and I am still learning from home and this blog post is about why I like lock down and why I don't like it. But in my honest opinion I do not like it but first here are things that are good about it.

1 . I don't have to wake up that early

2. I don't have to sleep early by the way I hate going to bed early 

3.we have fun work to do

4. I get to be with my family

and that is why I like lock down and here are the reason why I don't like lock down .

1. I can't see my friends 

2. I have to spent my birthday in lock down   

3. I cant see my teachers

4. I like going to school but I can't go.

A day in lock down

It is another day of lock down. Are you having fun ? Today my class and I did a DLO. If you don't know what DLO stands for, for digital learning object. We could do a DLO about  any animal I chose, a Goldfish . So first we had to learn about our animal and collect some data. Then we could create a slide, video, animation and more by the way I chose slides . Then we had to share our information and that was our learning creating and sharing and I am going to share some facts with you. Did you know that the longest living Goldfish was 43 years old and if you have a Goldfish it wont even quarter that long  sad news right and if you have an interesting fact about Goldfish please write it in the comments and that is it for my blog.

lockdown

Hey readers

We are in lock down again so that means we have to do online school. In my opinion  I like going to school than rather doing online what about you write in the comments .Anyway this week for maths we are doing statistics and for writing we are doing speeches.Every year at school we have a speech competition and if we want to participate the topic is diversity and if you would not like to compete we can do any topic we like. This year I am not competing but I am doing it about kindness but last year I was competing and I actually got chosen. Anyways for reading we are arguing if Goldilocks from Goldilocks and the three bears is a criminal or not  I think she is not a criminal what do you think write in the comments.

Term two

Hello readers today is the last day of term two which is so exciting. Today we get to were our pj's and have a share lunch. In this term we did lots of things . I did a animation with one of my class mate.We had to do our animation about the story of Matariki .Me and friend haven't done much but we will try to finish our animation.  

 This term we also did some research about our name and we used a cool website to research our name .We rote down what are names meaning. I   will have a link to the website so you can research your own name  check out what your name means . 

During this term we also made some art of our flag .My flag was Pakistan .I could do new Zealand or Pakistan and I chose Pakistan.It took a long time but the end product was nice . I enjoyed this term because we did lots of fun stuff and I hope term three will be even better.

my day

On Thursday we did a lot of fun things. In the morning at first block we finished some of our work that was incomplete . Also on Thursday we officially opened our school turf and sale that was fun. We also did some singing and we had a band come to our school that was pretty cool.At the last block of the day, we had toolkit. We did mine craft, some of the students showed as some tips and tricks and also showed us how to  build a bed room.   On Friday we had a short assembly we did some maths and writing and fitness and that was my day .

Welcome back to my blog this is my second blog post and I am so excited. On this blog post, I will be talking about this weeks learning. The First thing I am going to talk about is my pepeha. My teacher said that if we we do our pepeha in front of our class we will get two tokens if you don't know what are tokens are i will explain what that is. 

So basically in our school we were divided into house groups and we earn tokens and at the end of the year what  every house has the most tokens wins.so i was kind of shy but one of my school values were confident so I gave it a go and I got two tokens yay.
